If you are taking any supplements or medications, bring them with you to your appointment for testing. If still taking remedies that Warren has recommended, bring in what you have left. If possible do not take your supplements for 8 hours prior to your appointment. Continue to take prescription medicines.

Directions:

• Take 494 to Highway 7 West.
• Turn right in the first driveway after Sidney's restaurant. If you miss this right turn, you will need to drive further to the stop light, take a
  U-turn and return.
• Park at the lower end of the parking lot.
• Enter door "D". His office is up the short stairway on the right, suite 252.
