The emphasis is on traditional medicine from around the world. This is a good place for empowered consumers to explore self-health. This is a non profit site that I use often as the starting point of any research. Although not everything is to be believed, it is worth checking out. You can search by topic and it will lead you to related articles all over the web. Through this site I have found research on such topics as Fluoride, pesticides, hormones in food, stevia, vaccinations and more. A patient of mine, Jennifer, put this site together to help people find recipes when having a restricted diet. On the front page you can find my typical healing diet that I have put together from thousands of dietary consultation and should help the average person start to heal. It has a searchable database of recipes that you can find by food category such as grain, dessert, salad, etc. Or by foods you are trying to avoid by making your own custom profile, so recipes containing "wheat" for example won't show up if you so choose.
