Ingredients:
1.5 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
6 Tbs sugar free raspberry jelly
(Trader Joes is a good inexpensive source for most of these ingredients)

preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large gown mix flour, coconut, flaxseeds, baking soda and salt

To dry mixture stir in oil, maple syrup, vanilla and almond extract

Scoop dough onto baking sheet in 1-2 Tbs mounds (keep about 1/2 inch apart)
with knuckle make a dent in middle of each and fill each dent with the jelly.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until gold brown. Let cool to harden before lifting
