SWEET VEGETABLE DRINK and SMOOTHIE

Wash and finely chop or shred vegetables. In a pot add vegetables and water and bring to boil and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Don’t add seasoning.
Strain vegetables and drink the juice warm. Store leftover in refrigerator, but heat again before using.
Add all into a blender/mixer (after cooking) and mix till smooth. Drink warm or at room temperature as a smoothie.
This drink is beneficial for relaxing the body and muscles, softening the pancreas and helping to stabilize blood sugar levels.
