Flax Crackers Here is my first attempt at a video cooking class. In it you will learn how to make flax crackers. Even though I make them using a dehydrator, there are instruction on how to make them with an oven. Flax seeds show up as very important for many people that I test in the office and are a good source of Omega-3 oils as well as other nutrients.   2 cups flax seeds partially ground. soak in 2 cups water with 1/4 cup of tamari soy sauce add 1 Tbs herbs like rosemary, ginger, garlic or lemon juice soak at least 1.5 hours or overnight. spread thinly on leather sheets of a dehydator on 115 degrees for 4-6 hours, then turn over for another 3-5 hours, or can leave...
